- The Policy has been prepared in accordance with Article 4a of the Electronic Commerce Act (ЗЕТ) and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) (hereinafter “the Regulation”). It forms an integral part of the Platform’s Privacy Policy.

II. What cookies are
- Cookies are small text files that a website stores on the user’s terminal device (computer, phone, tablet) through the user’s browser. On a subsequent visit, the browser sends the cookie back, which allows the website to “remember” certain information – for example, the selected language.
- Similar technologies also include the storing of information in the browser’s memory (so-called “session storage”), as well as the execution of program code that measures certain metrics in the browser and sends them to the server. The same rules apply to them as to cookies.
- Cookies may be:
- first-party – set by the Platform, or third-party – set by another provider;
- session – deleted when the browser is closed, or persistent – remaining on the device until a specified period expires or until they are deleted by the user.
III. When your consent is required
- Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent (Article 4a(4) of the Electronic Commerce Act). Without them, the Platform cannot function or provide the service that you have expressly requested – for example, displaying the page in the language you have selected or remembering your decision regarding cookies.
- All other cookies and similar technologies are used only after your prior, express and informed consent. Consent is given by means of the allow button in the cookie notice, which is displayed on your first visit. If you refuse, the Platform remains fully accessible.
- The Platform does not use advertising cookies, cookies for tracking across different websites or social media cookies.
